ht999 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ht999 platform — whether via desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ht999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ht999 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ht999.

Access to and use of the ht999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ht999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and using the account for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ht999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, gambling block list, or similar restriction programme applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended ht999 account under any name, email address, payment method, or device.

To access the full range of ht999 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ht999 operates a strict one account per person policy. This means one account per individual, household address, IP address, device, and payment method. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited.

• All registration information must be genuine and verifiable. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination.
• ht999 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of suspicious activity.
• Account registration is free of charge. ht999 does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining a player account.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your ht999 account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

ht999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ht999 login credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

ht999 strongly recommends that players:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via JazzCash or EasyPaisa OTP for an additional layer of account protection.
• Log out of their account when using shared or public devices.
• Never share login credentials with friends, family members, or third-party services claiming to offer account assistance.

Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. ht999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• ht999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside ht999's control.
• Deposits are credited to your ht999 wallet in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, the standard resolution window is 24 hours. If a deposit is not reflected within this period, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• ht999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have originated from a fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment method, or if the deposit violates these Terms in any way.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the information held on your ht999 account. ht999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the ht999 identity verification (KYC) process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval for standard requests. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the request.
• Any active bonus balance or funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been met. Real-money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately.
• ht999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of such an investigation.
• Withdrawal fees are not charged by ht999. Fees levied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) are the player's responsibility.

ht999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual offer terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus or new player promotion may be claimed per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

All games and betting markets available on ht999 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports betting engine, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted.

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. ht999 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify a wager after it has been placed, except where a technical error on the part of the platform is confirmed.
• ht999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were erroneously displayed due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. Players will be notified and their stake refunded in such cases.
• In live cricket and PSL betting, ht999 uses real-time data feeds from licensed sports data providers. In the event of a data feed failure, bets may be suspended or voided at ht999's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Winnings from slot games, table games, and live casino are credited to your account wallet immediately upon game round completion. Sports betting winnings are credited following settlement of the relevant market.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ht999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or terrorist financing purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or platform functionality to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process.

All content on the ht999 platform — including but not limited to the ht999 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, text, graphics, imagery, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of ht999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ht999 platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or transmit any platform content without prior written consent from ht999.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices present on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of ht999 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ht999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ht999 shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform:

• Loss of funds, profits, or wagered amounts resulting from gaming outcomes, whether these outcomes are the result of chance, game mechanics, or any other factor inherent to gambling.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays in platform availability, provided that ht999 takes reasonable steps to restore service.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of the ht999 platform.

ht999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ht999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ht999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ht999 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ht999 is licensed and operated. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ht999 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and ht999, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ht999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, the relevant transaction references, and your desired resolution.
• ht999 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
• Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution (ADR) service.
